Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ernest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and revenge

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Wymar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
