Description: An older man who is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is short and white. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Trey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants revenge against goblins

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He wears a white shirt, with a violet mid length shorts with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His red hair is knotted and matted. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is cut close to his head. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a deep hatred of orcs
