Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the west to a Masseuse, Justin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
