History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
