He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Manfred was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Manfred's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.
