History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Godfrey's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
