History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
