Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Norman abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. He is portly but not overly obese. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears just a tan suit. He carries with him a set of rapiers on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Peter took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
