Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He carries with him a set of glaives on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: Alex hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Weaver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born in the east to a Weaver, Alex learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is short and golden. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a black scarf. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Randal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Randal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and to be a unemployed again
