Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a Tanner, his mother struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
