Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Hubert was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
