History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Miles has worked very hard to control his curse. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Justin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Justin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.
