His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Barkeep soon after.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Roland was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
