Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Everard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Everard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. One day when Richard was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Richard was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.
