History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Detective, Clerebold learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Clerebold was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He has achieved small success as a Detective.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Born in the east to a Shipwright, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
