Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, red shirt, and tan tie. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing, marred by teas. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Roofer profession.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'1" and wears a blue tunic with brown highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nicholas never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
