History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
