Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bertram will drive conversation. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
