Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Hunter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Henry was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A 5'8" eastern man, he is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
