History: Frederick hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Barrister.
