History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Roland was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tanner. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
