Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: Bertram speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Lewis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Lewis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
