Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. He wears a brown vest and prefers pastel and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heward does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and to unite with his sister

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Map Maker business.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born into a rich family. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the east
