History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Godfrey's homeland. Godfrey decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and someone believes him a fraud
