History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Navigator, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.
