Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fisher who has hired him part-time. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
