Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'11". He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and his gloved hand is found clutching a kukri. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Hubert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a black costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Courier. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Randal hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Randal took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He has worked as a Courier like his father before him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: An older man who wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
