History: He was born in the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
