History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Bertram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tailor and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father
