History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
