Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gerald's homeland. Gerald decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This man wears an entirely brown suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears an entirely red suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Tim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by his family
