Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again.
