Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shepherd profession.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is silver and very short. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He is wearing a long, tan cloak. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aldous embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
