History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He wears a blue vest and prefers grey and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Knight and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gilbert's homeland. Gilbert decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
