Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Percival was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Soapmaker. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is content; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Layabout who has hired him part-time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and to settle down with his crush

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with blue colored cloaks and clothing. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Dean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is typically in his Tanner uniform. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Tanner like his father before him.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Born to a Apothecary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
