History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Gerard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Gerard was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Detective. He struck the Detective job and began his own company from there.
