Personal [hide]
Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His black hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Optimist. Flaws: Ugly, Insane. Bonds: Family. Occupation: Miller
Voice: Can't modulate volume

Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and many dire rats want him driven away
Ideals: Disciplined. Flaws: Racist. Bonds: Rich, Attractive, Enemies. Occupation: Stylist
Voice: Creaky witch voice

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
