His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
