History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Adelard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Adelard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud
