History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Guy was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: Born in the south to a Sellsword, Conrad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Conrad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter.
