History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his father's many stories. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Godfrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When Godfrey reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
