Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Lance reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This man very much looks the part of a Barrister. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is short and blonde. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bricklayer and was forced into it by his family; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and doesn't want to be a dilettante and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
