When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after William was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. William's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is greedy
