History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Patrick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and human compassion

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Godfrey would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Godfrey hails from a village terrorized by orcs. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
