History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Human compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Personality: Bertram is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Bertram enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
