History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Spice Merchant but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His childhood dream was to be a Spy, but he was a colossal failure. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
