Roger Colby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Roger and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Roger discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Roger fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Bernard Asheton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his red robe. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Bernard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
Ideals: Disciplined, Fighting. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Poor, Nature. Occupation: Glassblower
Voice: Sighs a lot, exhausted

Ralf Carlisle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he very much looks the part of a Sailor. He has moderate length red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Expand his business.
Flaws: Insane, Antagonistic, Forgetful. Bonds: Job, Mentor. Occupation: Sailor
Voice: Speaks with a cold
