Description: 5'9" and muscular, this southern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Detective. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently the stress of being a Detective has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a banker again

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nicholas will drive conversation. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich western family. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
