History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving John alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. John was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Aldous liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Thomas isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Thomas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
