Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his singing dream.
